So we did just that.

  1. Smaller groups. 75 pitchers and 25 paid catchers at the clinic, 42 pitchers and 14 paid catchers at the VIP retreat. Real time for everyone.
  2. More time on the field. 4.5 hours for the clinic, 9 hours for the VIP retreat. More in-depth coaching, more reps, more one-on-one attention.
  3. Added Sis Bates, one of the best defenders of all time, for better glove work in the circle.
  4. Added Sharlize Palacios, one of the best catchers in the world, so catchers get the world-class training they deserve too.
  5. The mental game. Real work on confidence, bouncing back, and quieting the nerves.
